Calling all teens! Join us for Summer Camp!
Summer Camp is an opportunity for incoming 6th graders through 12th graders, as well as outgoing 12th graders to unplug from the outside world and connect to the Father and His people.
LOGISTICS:
Camp will be from Tuesday, July 11th through Friday, July 14th at Black Diamond Camp in Auburn, WA. We will meet at the church at 2pm on July 11th and caravan together (parents driving their teens or teens that drive) leave promptly at 2:30pm. Camp check in is from 3-4pm. Lunch will not be provided that day, so please eat lunch prior to arrival.
On Friday, July 14th, students will have breakfast and have a checkout time of 10am. Students can be picked up that day, at camp, at 10am, or will return back to the church at approximately 11am if riding with a leader or other youth parent. We will keep you posted in terms of times/changes.
*Please note that we will likely need some assistance with transportation. We cannot guarantee that we can provide transportation to and from camp to all students, but we will make attempts to do so. If you are able to assist in driving students to camp, please contact Callie Williamson at callie@faithadventure.com.
Black Diamond Camp doesn't allow for phones or electronic devices, so we kindly request that students leave their cell phones and such at home. We want this to be an opportunity to unplug for the week. If there is an emergency while at camp, feel free to contact Callie Williamson on her cell: 360-865-3193. Callie will make her best effort to give periodic updates of how things are going at camp.
Black Diamond Camp has a separate registration form that you will be required to fill out, this will include further information regarding medical and dietary needs.
MONEY:
The cost of camp is $200. If you are in need of financial assistance, please contact callie@faithadventure.com as soon as possible.
Payments can be made via cash, check, or online payment. Cash must be put in a sealed envelope, with student's name and "Youth Camp" written on the outside. Please give any cash payments directly to Callie Williamson, at which time you will be given a receipt. If you write a check, make payable to: "Adventure of Faith" with a memo line of "Youth Camp + student's name". Online payments will include an additional processing fee and can be made using the link below:
