Holy Week

"Our Lord has written the promise of resurrection, not in books alone, but in every leaf in springtime."
-Martin Luther

Join us for Holy Week 2024!

Please consider coming to any or all of these services and experiences and inviting friends, neighbors, and family to join us.  We can’t wait to reflect
on the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus in all the ways the focus of this holy week call us to.

Maundy Thursday Service
Thursday, March 28th at 6pm
“Maundy” stems from a Latin word meaning commandment and correlates to the evening Jesus washed the disciples feet and celebrated the Last Supper with his disciples. Join us for an experiential service, including optional foot washing stations, dinner, scripture readings following that Biblical night, and participatory communion as we focus on Jesus' command to love one another.
Kids are welcome and there are some interactive pieces for them, however it is aimed at being a more reflective service. We're working on an at-home version of this service for those that want to join us a different way!

Good Friday Stations of the Cross Experience
Friday, March 29th from 4:00pm-7:00pm
This is the day we commemorate the crucifixion and death of Jesus.
Our Good Friday is focused on the Stations of the Cross. Join us if you'd like to explore, experience, and reflect more fully on the importance of this night and on the suffering of Christ as we journey with him to the cross. There are interactive elements and reflective prompts to walk through on your own, with a friend, or with your family. This is a great opportunity for kids to participate... help them experience this and explain the parts as you go!
This experience will be held in the Friendship Center, and there will be booklets and clear signage to help you navigate each step of the way. Expect this experience to take about 30-45 minutes, and you are welcome to do it at any point in the three hours it is open.

Good Friday Service
Friday, March 29th at 7:00pm
This is the day we commemorate the crucifixion and death of Jesus.
Join us for this reflective service as we travel from the Garden to the Cross. This service includes an experiential aspect of lights dimming, and opportunities for kids to engage as we progress throughout the night.
This service will be broadcast live, but due to the participatory nature of this service, and the lights dimming as the service progresses, our livestream will be simple and likely more listening along than watching at times. Kids are welcome at this service, and we have intentional ways for them to participate with us as the lights dim. The nursery will not be staffed, but will be available for personal use as needed and a live broadcast will be available in that room.

Easter Sunday Services
Sunday, March 31st at 9:00am & 11:00am
Easter is the day we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ!  Praise the Lord, He Is Risen!
Join us in praise and worship on this very Holy Day!
Kids are welcome in the main service or welcome in our Adventure:Kids classes downstairs. If you plan to invite a friend, neighbor, or anyone else, please send them this link to register their kids before Easter Sunday. This is a one time only form, just to get their child's info in our system for check in: https://faithadventure.breezechms.com/form/AdventureKids
